    Can any one help me about d error
    Canon IR3170CN E000020 0492 Problems

    when i try to clean main unit from additional function d error code occurs but when i turn off and on my machine it is ready to copy but delivery a black foggy copy.pls help

      May be, Dirty Drum patch sensor OR the drum has reached 100% of it's life.

          I would start with a new drum unit. Developer units might need replacement as well. This another one of those units that should have been dumped a long time ago.
          Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
