pull it apart and clean with the chemicals that you have????

What kind of "dirty copies" are you getting on the back side? Usually this is a drum/developer or fuser issue. Dirty guides normally give you dirty edges.

the dirty copies only on duplex side
gets better when you make many blank copies
I'm thinking the fuser unit when it comes for the second pass
      thanks

yes I would pull out the entire unit as toner likes to build up on it anyway. Take a good look at your cleaning roller and your film.

Clean every thing you can see. There will be toner debris on the paper for awhile after cleaning up a messy machine. Is the drum leaking towards the back? Sometimes if they let the drum leak or use it when its really streaking waste toner can get into the transfer roller area and can cause some dumping on the papers . Can also block a sensor under the charge roller. You can see four posts that hold the transfer asembly to the door. Take that apart to clean. You could take the door off first and get better feel and look at the duplex path.

Toner may leak from the sub hopper unit or developing assembly to inside the machine

The shutter of the hopper assembly is adapted to open when the edge of the developing assembly pushes the shutter
lever at the rear side of the machine in response to forward movement of the developing assembly. Because of this
mechanism, in the case that the shutter lever is not pushed enough when the developing assembly is inserted into the
machine, a clearance that permits toner to escape is created between the hopper and the shutter.

When the machine is running, the toner may leak from the area around the toner delivery mouth between the sub
hopper [1](P-1) and the developing assembly.

To prevent toner leak at the hopper assembly, the foam rubber sheet [2](P-1) is attached to the sub hopper [1].

1.If the above symptom occurs, replace the upper transfer guide [2] with the new type of upper transfer
            guide(FL2-0304-030).

Re: canon ir3035 Blank print and copies!!!

I have Canon IR3035 and I'm getting blank print and copies. When I change the drum it prints for a day or so and then it starts to give me blank paper again. Has anyone ever had such as problem?

Pay special attention to the fuser inlet guide. In a "dirty" machine as described above by the other guys , the inlet guide is a prime culprit. Take it off and remove the hard toner as well as giving it a clean.

Only other addition to what has been said already is to change / clean your door filters.
