    Canon IR C2880, display.

    Canon IR C2880, display.

Customer called me today that "The image" in the display is partially gone in the lower half. Backlight's are on however and touch panel is responsive.
Have not yet seen the machine myself and really no experience with this Canon.

Any known issues with these displays? Any hints?

sounds like your LCD is shot. I would grab one from a junk unit and take it with you. They are the same from the 70 series units B/W & color
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
