[Error Code] CANON I-SENSYS MF8450

I have a Canon MF8450 giving me error E00004 and says turn on and off but still doing the same.Is there someone who have once came across this problem?How do i clear this error?If someone have the Service/Technical manual you can email it to nrsmoyo@yahoo.com
.If someone have the proseture to clear it in pdf form you can also email it to the above.

Description

Cannot detect the zero cross signal for the specified period or more.

Cause

Error in fixing control circuit block.

Replacement of low-voltage power supply PCB
