I believe he's saying change the plug? or if it's connected directly in the wall plug - check if that's working.
Check if u have power to your plug and check the circuit breaker maybe is off for some reason.

        U probably did already...

Yes I did all of that. I even went as far as testing the power supply and controller in another copier. Thats how I am sure that both are working

I see, this might sound dumb, but did u also check the power cord itself? And was the machine working fine before and suddenly no power? or u never had it working?

Thats cool. The power cord is good. It was working; customer had a paper jam. They told me that they were copying had a paper jam and when they cleared the jam, then they noticed no power.

check for a stuck on the control panel/ a stuck key will prevent a power up

                  No power is supplied
                  -Power cord might not be
                  plugged in.
-Make sure that the power cord is securely plugged into both the machine and the AC outlet.
-AC outlet might not be supplying power.
-Make sure that the AC outlet is supplying power; try another outlet if necessary.
-AC voltage might not match printer.
-Make sure that the voltage of the AC outlet matches the ratings on the printer.
