check and make sure there is the correct amount of memory, should be 512mb. some of these machines shipped with 2 - 256 mg and some with 1-512mg, make sure the machines sees all 512mg

one 256 ram slot is not taking.i have tried with single 512 ram but not ok.is there any settings to be changed for making 512 to accept in single slot.

did you try both slots? I think it should be in the upper slot.
