[Misc] Need help >>>> have a problem with the second side

Greetings guys

iR 6570 the first side both at copying and at printing during the double-side press prints ideally precisely and the second side is printed with offset on direction Y approximately on 5 mm.
By the client demands ideally exact double-side a copy, the machine new, transversed 340000. By means of service mode > adjust > ADJ-XY it turns out
For example....
There is MS Word Dogument >>> page setup: top 20mm, bottom 20mm, left 20 mm, right 20mm
iR copying secon side >> top 25 mm, bottom 15mm, left 20mm, right 20mm
Whether probably the machine to adjust ideally precisely?

ADJ-REFE
Duplexing Feeder Unit>
1) Select the following service mode COPIER >
ADJUST > FEED-ADJ > ADJ-REFE, and make an
adjustment so that margin on the 2nd side image
will be within specs.

Use it to adjust the horizontal registration for duplex mode. adjustment range: -50 to 50
Decrease the value of ADJ-REFE <------
(Margin is decreased by 1mm with decrease of 10)

Increase the value of ADJ-REFE ------->
(Margin is increased by 1mm with increase of 10)

Everything is all right, installed -30 instead of -14
