[Error Code] Firmware for Canon irc5800

I am looking for the firmware or system software for Canon irc5800. I need this as I am trying to upgrade the machine with fax function. I bought a second hand 3G fax board , fitted in the machine and get the machine turned on it returned error code E000674-0001. i turn the machine off and disconnected the wiring between the machine and the fax board . The machine powered well. I did try Canon but it seemed they did not want to give it to me though they did not actually said so and I think they would ask for $$$$$$..... I looked at the service manual and realized I needed SST v1.8 + and the system software loaded in the SST to do the upgrade. I have managed to find SST v 4.11 and 2.01 on the net but so far my search for the firmware seems to be fruitless. Would someone kindly help with the files ? This would be much appreciated.

After installing fax board, E674 0001 is displayed.

u do not have a firmware issue

Power cable to the fax board is not plugged in.
The cable is a 4-pin connector and it sits behind the power switch.
techs fail to install it
*This is not in the set up instructions.
for Super G3 Fax Board-U1/ or Super G3 Fax Board-P1 make sure this is the board u installed

EXAMPLE ONLY FOR POWER CONNECTOR THAT MAY NOT BE PLUGGED IN FROM PRINTER TO FAX BD.

Thank you Teckat. I found the cable and plug it in the Fax board. Now all is running and working perfectly. You must be a very experienced Tech. Your advice is highly appreciated and Thanks again.
