[Error Code] CANON CP 660 ERROR E810

I have a problem with canon cp660 .the printer shows e810 and i 've just change the drum cartridge but the error persists.
Someone have a solution?

Did you replace with a genuine Drum cartridge ?

it's a drum cartridge used in another printer when it's worked well.

The CP660 DRUM Cartridge has a counter memory chip which memorize how many pages the drum has been used.
If the counter is full then E810 may show.
You can also check SW642, DRUM CARTRIDGE DETECT SWITCH.
