Canon IR2270 white and black line

Hello everyone, i have a Canon Ir2270 with a white and black line looking like a belt or saw running across the copies. Am lost and puzzled with this problem. Can anyone advise as to what may cause this.

is it shown on Network Prints or only on copies
paper feed or cross-feed ??
