Canon ir 3025 need to delete mail box protected password

Hi,
Can I get help on removing Network and mailbox (secured) on formers infoI picked-up.(Should have been cleared) The machine has former customers mail-box password protected anduser data list for network.
Should I use PWD-CLR for mailbox and MMI for network info clear, or do I go toLevel 2 under option/body/. 6/10and clear u-name and u-paswd.
It has Usend, and I understand that does not reside on the hard drive, I justwant to make sure I don't lose it. I have manual, if someone can help me to thepage number, I would greatly appreciated it, Best site to this date, alwaysinformative ,clever, and entertaining, well worth a cost of admission.IF there was one.

go to additional functions>system settings>initialize all data settings. This will take your machine back to factory default and clear all customer settings from the machine

You asked the question is this year's Asian Cup 2011 exam one of the technology race.
Let me answer your question.

1) Create a group administrator ID & password:
user mode>system setting>system manager settings> ID &. password .

2) then close user mode.
3) enter user mode again:
user moder > system setting > keyin admin.. ID & password .
4) don't press ID key,keep in the system manager mode, then enter user mode again :
user mode > Mail Box setting > user inboxes setting
5) you can find the mail box password item, then delet it
6) select mailbox item & No.xx , you can printout any documents inside.
