    Canon IR3030 Network Issues

Have an IR3030 at an account, was working fine, now it won't receive a network signal. Reset the boot rom, ramm, main contoller and hard drive. Cleared out the memory, still no signal. Checked the port, it is fine. Not sure what else it could be. has version 11.43. Any ideas what it could be?

and you tested it with a crossover cable to your laptop?
How did you test the port?
are you getting a check network connection at the bottom of the display?

Yes, I even tried another port that was active. It is displaying the check network connection.

had this issue with an irc2380... go to settings and perform reset to factory defaults, wait till end (approx. 25 min), then reenter network settings. did the trick for me

you could try to initialize all data settings or even clear the main controller settings, but more than likely you are going to have to replace the main controller to resolve your issue. If the network port is dead you have no other choice.
