I got all this back on ok except for the one flat gear above the small
motor in the lower right, M10.
That gear has a collar on one side that spaces the gear off the side
of the hopper about 1/4". I had it on 180 out. So this gear did
not transmit movement to the augar gears that bring the toner
out of the hopper to the developer station like it should have.
Flipped the gear around now it is off the hopper and meshes
    with the other gears.
Loaded the DV station with toner and made some nice copies.
The mag roller looked good. Even & dull looking.
Turns out the toner I put in this machine awhile ago was
bad. It was generic toner. I forget who I got it from.

Thanks for all the suggestions, this board is one of my best resources.

Well, a very good brainstorming session it was!. Wasn't it? Visit our market here, and you will '' collide'' head on with all types of toners & parts, from OEMs to Generic of Generics, duplicates of duplicates and in worse case scenario triplicate of triplicates. It is a big, long battle our National BUREAU of Standards is fighting here. But life goes on!

I've been at this a long time. I have used some generics in this model for a while. But it only
takes one problem like this to drive the point home.
Surprizing to me that I don't run into more problems with generics. I use the oems when
I can afford them. Of course using the oems avoids a lot of problems. I will just have
          to switch.

          Thanks for all the advice
