    canon ir3300 jam

    in one ir3300 ,when switch on,machine shows paper jam in 2nd tray.but no paper.i have replaced sensor on right side path,but same result.but when i kept right side door open and swiitch on and close the door when display comes machine is ok,what may the reason

              I bet you guys it is an 02xx jam. A jam at power on.

              I have seen these a lot on the 3320's and there is no answer. Sometimes they just go away and the machine runs as long as it is not powered off.
