    Error code C1 E00020-0184

    I keep getting the same error code on the C1 #E00020-0184 i get it after running a few copies. Can anyone help? the technician does not seem to know how to fix it .

      fire your tech and find one that is trained on this device!!! This is either a dirty ATR sensor, failing developer unit or drum
      Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

                  revize el archivo adjunto3TP09-327-S E020 XX84.pdf luego ejecute:
                  fuction/dpc/drm-rset. ------------para resetear el tambor.
                  fuction/misp-p/pt-lpadj.-----------para ajustar los sensores de cuadros.
