canon ir4570 wont scan documents to server

    [Misc] canon ir4570 wont scan documents to server

    replaced main controller,machine was powering on @ off intermittently,controller fixed the problem,however now wont scan doc.s to server or rx doc.s to file either,both go to the same file,what should i do. It does have universal printer kit. Was working before replaced main controller,been trying to reestablish conn to server but user name and passwords im trying arent working and cust doesnt know them either

      you need to re-establish those connections to the server from the copier with the proper username and password to acces the shared folders.

              Did u put back in your P PRINT & USER PRINT settings ?????
