    ir c3200 black screen

Have a problem that is new to us . Copier will come to ready and when you press the copy button the screen goes blank and the data light flashes no paper feed or paper comes out about 3 inches and stops. No error code or jam code code you have to power off and back on to reset. When in service mode i can select my funtions i want to test or change but anything that requiers paper feed causes the blank screen issue. I disconnected all the options and tested , same problem. Any and all suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

there could be many solutions to this issue.
I have one question first. Do you have an imagepass attached or did the machine have one attached at some point?

I would start by reseating the DIMM's and Boot ROM on your main controller. Maybe doing a main controller clear and re-entering your door specs. If you still have the same issue after that I would move to replacement of the main controller and/or DC controller (Main Controller FG3-2854-000 DC Controller FG3-3011-000)

You could also have a pinched wire in a harness, bad fuse PCB, door switches shorting out above the fuser assembly. All kinds of possibilities.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

It was the distribution pcb. I think it has another name also but who cares it fixed the problem. Thanks a million for the feedback.
