[Error Code] IR 3300 E002 / E000 ..

IR 3300 keep appear E002 error code , been clear ERR quite many times ..
I've change the Heater Element 2 times .. also change the heater unit ( the black part that heather element sit onto ) 1 time .. this morning E002 appear again .. clear error again
Any other parts need to change again ? please help ..

is it possible caused by power supply board ?

If you have too much power line noise.

<Symptom>

E000/002/003/261/733 may occur when connecting the machine with power source having much noise, such
as a private power generator
<Cause>
The power line noise prevents the normal operation of zero cross signals, causing poor control of power supply
to the fixing heater.
<Factory Measures>
New type of switching regulator PCB is used to decrease the effect of power line noise.

try to change Switching Regulator PCB (FH3-2614-020 ) ..old-FH3-2614-000

Check version of system software

im sorry .. i dont have the reference which one is the Switching Regulator PCB..

Start with system software.Probably you also don't have software.
