check the wall voltage. Have seen this code numerous times where the wall voltage coming into the machine was noisy or inconsistent

Charm is right. If the copier is connected to an EXTENSION socket it could be the culprit. You must be aware of the numerous FAKE electrical accessories on our market. try another good extension socket or plug copier direct on wall socket n see if this rectifies the problem. I had same problem.

Hhm!! this rats!! The wiring had been destroyed by the rats, rewired the machine and tis ok. Thanks very much all the technical crew.Best regards.
