We had E350 call from customer. Serial No.PCB to come from Canon takes long time. But customer is in hurry to repair it. To pull them through this problem we tried changing serial no.PCB,Counter PCB & IP PCB as a set from other working scrap machine. Poped up E354.Now, is there any other location where this serial no.;Counter is stored in this copier??? and how to reset it?? We did printer reset and Clear All with no joy.
