hola a todos tengo un problema con una ir 5075 la cual imprime sin problemas.
quiero scanear y le e instalado el network scan gear version 2.21
cuando abro el programa desde el photoshop me sale un mensaje que adjunto luego. el scan esta en linea.
existe alguna manera de scanear sin dicho programa ya que este trae opciones de papel LTR,11*17 Y aca en peru usamos el formato A4 y A3.
ademas e notado que no abre el RUI sera que no esta instalado porque cuando revizo la opcion VERSION en la copiadora el parte RUI ----. NO DICE NINGUN NUMERO DE VERSION. gracias a todos. 2011-11-19 13.54.29.jpg

I would try installing the latest version of network scangear - version 2.30
make sure you are turning the scanner online when executing the scan from the application
also make sure your machine is at the current level of firmware ver. 55.01.01
