[Error Code] Canon MF4450 with an e225-0001

I have a customer with a couple of these things, and one of them has an E225 code. Im guessing it is the cis, since i havent seen it yet. Here is my question does anyone have an idea of what this part retails for and a part number would be helpful.

E225 is usually related to the scanner and/or scan lamp depending on the subcode. I do not work on this series machine, but Canon is pretty consistent with their error codes and solutions across models.

When the same error repeatedly occurs after several
times of turning the power OFF/ON, execute the
following remedies.

(1) Check the connection of Flat Cable between Main
Controller Board (J5) and Contact Sensor.

(2) Replace the Flat Cable between Main Controller
Board (J5) and Contact Sensor........................................FK3-1160-000

(3) Replace the Contact Sensor......................................FK3-1153-000

(4) Replace the Main Controller Board...............................
