check for an E004 in the history.

    Problem :
The C3200 gets stuck in printer warming up and as it attempts to go to ready, it goes back to warming up. This cycle just continues constantly. Possible E004 0002 in the error history log.

    Solution :
Remove the Delivery Vertical Path Unit on the left side of the machine. You will see a photo sensor PS5 Fixing Feeder Unit Open/Close Sensor sandwiched between two microsensors that actuate when closing the Fixing Feeder Unit. Clean that photo sensor as it fills up with dirt and dust. You may also experience an E004 0002 in the error history.

      More information:

      Solution :
Check in service mode, * 2 & 8 *, under Copier > display > Dens. Look at the value for each individual color. The normal value would be between zero and one. If you have a color with a value around four or five you have an issue with the toner/starter concentration level for that color. By replacing that color drum unit you will temporarily resolve the issue due to the Developer Assembly being incorporated with the drum unit, which has the correct toner/starter concentration. To resolve this issue replace the Toner Cartridge Drive Assembly, FG6-8999-000, and the corresponding drum unit at the same time.

      Solution :
Try to reseat all the connections and DIMMs on the Main Controller. If reseating the connections fails to resolve this issue you may have to replace the Memory PCB (FG3-2345-000). The Memory PCB is located on the rear frame behind the Drum Units.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

start with the door switches and sensor above the fuser assembly. They are inexpensive and can cause a ton of problems. While you are in there clean your connector for the fuser unit inside the machine.

did you reseat your main controller connections?
did you check your toner motors and density?

post all the procedures you have followed from this forum------

                        try this~~~~~~~~~~~
remove all drums/ and re-seat them

remove that PS5 Fixing Feeder Unit Open/Close Sensor shown in picture and replace it
                        /
don't go by how exterior looks/
it's inside the sensor that sometimes can not be cleaned from caked up toner

DID U CHECK THIS BELOW ?????
                        Check in service mode, * 2 & 8 *, under Copier > display > Dens.
Look at the value for each individual color.
The normal value would be between zero and one.
If you have a color with a value around four or five you have an issue with the toner/starter concentration level for that color.
Replace that color drum unit ------

HAVE you looked at this below ????
Enter into service mode, display density. One of the toner windows will display -4.75 and the others will display 0. The one at -4.75 has a bad toner add motor and needs to be replaced

DID you Try to re-seat all the connections and DIMMs on the Main Controller.
clean the ends of the memory !!!!!!!!! then re-seat
If re-seating the connections fails to resolve this issue you may have to replace the Memory PCB (FG3-2345-000). The Memory PCB is located on the rear frame behind the Drum Units.
