    IR5800CN problem..

    not working touchpanel...help please and wer can i download a service manual....thanks

      What kind of not working?? Totally dead,blank,tuch don't work but it's on?

          yes it's working..but if i want to choose any option on the touch panel..it didn't press when i press it
          ....and where can i see the drum unit..i try to clean cyan because theres a line when im printing
