Canon Imageclass MF6530 Adjusting waiting to scan.

Hello , i have a canon imageclass MF6530 that when the customer tries to make a copy it give a message that stays there." Adjusting waiting to scan" any help will be gladly appreciateted.

Usually reader glass need to be cleaned.See picture...
