iR7105 duplex copying speed slow down

    Good day to you guy,

I have a unit iR7105 with a funny problem. Normal copying on single side the speed is normal that is 105 cps per minute.

But when you do both sided on duplex you can feel that machine the speed is slow down.

    Any idea guys ?

You may want to refer to the instructions on the technical manual,
Then test whether the rate of double-sided machine output is the same.

      Copy Speed

      Print Speed
      Automatic Document Feeder

Original Replacement Speed Approximately 85 sheets/minute (LTR)

      Punch Speed
Up to 105-ppm (Depending on speed of main unit)

      Multi-PDL Printer Kit-H2

Continuous Print Speed Up to; 105ppm, 95ppm, 86ppm (LTR)

      imagePASS-S2
Continuous Print Speed Approximately 105ppm, 95ppm, 86ppm (LTR)

      FEEDER > ADJUST>LA-SPEED
Use it to adjust the original transport speed for ADF stream reading mode.
A higher setting will increase the speed.
      range: -30 to 30 (unit: 0.1%)

      FEEDER > ADJUST>RVM-SPD *
*: model equipped with DADF-Q1 (outside Japan: iR7105/7095; inside Japan: All model).
Use it to adjust the speed of the reversal motor.
A higher setting will increase the speed. ---LEVEL 2
      range: -30 to 30 (unit: 0.1%

      COPIER > OPTION > BODY>NW-SPEED

Use it to select an appropriate data transmission speed for service when connected to a network.
      settings-- LEVEL 2
      0: auto (default); 1: 100Base-TX; 2: 10Base-T

      FEEDER > OPTION>LS-DBL **
**: model equipped with DADF-M1 (outside Japan: iR7086).
Use it to enable/disable ADF high-speed duplexing mode.
      settings -- LEVEL 1
0: on (high-speed duplexing mode; default); 1: off (low-speed duplexing mode)

      HS-DBL *
*: model equipped with DADF-Q1 (outside Japan: iR7105/7095; inside Japan: All model).
Use it to enable/disable ADF high-speed reversal mode.
      settings ---LEVEL 1
0: off (normal mode; default); 1: on (high-speed duplexing mode)
If an increase in productivity is desired in ADF duplexing mode, set it to '1'.

The copying speed reduce even you use without the ADF. My customer have 2 units of these machine iR7105 and compare it side by side.

Of course the other machine which is normal have finish the job faster compare to this unit with the same job applied..

          Run a SCANDISK>>
Power off printer-hold down 1&9 key>while holding>power up printer> release when u see white boxes dropping> if ok !when finished ,it should go in download screen/power off and on
all HDD's partitions are different/u may need to reload firmware

          check this Setting --
Copier > Option > Acc > COIN -set to "0" in service mode

          ++++++++++++ did u check this
          COPIER > OPTION > BODY>NW-SPEED
Use it to select an appropriate data transmission speed for service when connected to a network.
settings-- in LEVEL 2- of service mode
