hello friend technician pls you do it this copy by feed cassette or by by pass .....other l think you must be cleaner all roller feeding paper for cassette and by pass ....for this raison the copy is left in her direction ...try it and we waiting your opinion my friend ...

im using the cassette this a feeder problem the margin is so closer .i want to adjust it ,u still young my friend u can see the pic clear :P

In service mode use the right arrow to scroll to NUMERIC press OK use the right arrow to select 41

041: Vertical scan start position adjustment (when scanning on a document fed from ADF)>

Adjust the position at which vertical scanning of a document fed from the ADF starts. The larger the adjustment value, the narrower the left-side margin of the
image becomes.

The default setting is 35.

The feed problem with the 2016 is that the feed assemblys need to be replaced!! There are tech pubs about it. You cant replace just the top one because that will throw gear timing off for the bottom.

Both feed assembly need replaced, prefer at the same time. Becareful of small spring on top assembly, open door and remove it before work. . Top assy was revised several times. Lower once. Ir2020 same thing. Replace assemblys or part out .

Did you mean with feeder your document feeder or did you mean cassette feeding? If cassette feeding is your problem, you need to disassemble the host mashine from the cassette units, take them out one after another, and look for an elektromagnet. Under the flapper you will find a foam pad, this tends to get sticky, causing the flapper holding on too long on the magnet and generating misregistration and "wrong paper size" messages. Remove them, clean thoroughly and tape some insulating tape instead to eliminate residual magnetism.

Thanks for all of you ,it solved bye adjusting the feeder as zorland attached for me thanks again
i used the service mode and change the value of 42 and it solved.
