Hi all long time ago and I have a problem with the T1 servers which are disconnected from the network every time you send a file from any program. I will be more detail to see if anyone can help:
T1 install the driver for version 1.0, and also provided with the version 2.0 of the canon website and installed without problems.
The work station is recognized comand normal.
The problem starts when I go to print a file at the time of changing the printing preferences (paper type, paper source, paper size, etc..) is there in that moment that the comand work station message indicates the connection loss with T1. The connection will recover after about a minute re-enter the work station without problem comand and leaf prints.

1. Quitar SDRAM de la PCB principal controlador.
2. Limpie el terminal de SDRAM con pelusa de papel impregnado con alcohol, y luego volver a colocar la SDRAM.

When shutting off copier with an imagePASS T-1 installed, check that the T-1 is completely off ( no display on the LED screen) before copier is turned back on.

If the machine is dropping from the network, it may be for some other reason. The best way to test this is to ping the machine while it is powered up. If the correct response is received, proceed to test the machine while it is in sleep mode. You may go into the timer settings and select the amount of time before the machine goes into sleep mode. Once the timer selection is set, wait for the machine to go into sleep mode. Try to ping the IP address of the imageRUNNER. You should get a reply from the network card even though the machine is in sleep mode.

Excelente muchas gracias....se soluciono el problema con el parche.
ESTE PARCHE ES SOLO PARA LA VERSION 1.01 porque en los servidores con la version 2.0 no es necesario ya que no ocurre este problema.
tengo el sistema de restauracion de la version 1.01
no tengo el sistema de la version 2.0; como puedo conseguirlo lo tendran ustedes ........... gracias de todas formas logre solucionar mi problema.

Excellent thank you very much .... the problem was solved with the patch.
This patch is ONLY for version 1.01 on servers with version 2.0 is not necessary because this problem does not occur.

I have no system version 2.0, as I can get it as you will have ........... thanks anyway solves my problem.
