Colors not lining up

Im having these issues on a Canon IRC2880i where the colors are not lining up,i did the quick adjust and the full graudation and was still the same,i replaced the transferbelt and it didn't help, i tried clearing the registration in the service mode but for some reason that option is not there.Any help would greatly appreciated.

Addition Functions > Adjustments and Cleaning > Auto Color Mismatch Correction

Check drums

Check drum drive assembly.
