did you try all the drivers listed on this link? Canon U.S.A. : Support & Drivers : ColorPASS Z40

Your input & processing devices are state-of-the-art technology but the output devices are 15 years?! Gosh! you have pretty hard Customer to please.

Back in days when Vista was launched, there were no drivers at all, what we did is use whatever driver within the WinOS provided. You can tried it if your basic needs is to print but forewarned your Customer that colours might not be ideal.
