e602 and the error caused by a flaw in hd. and turn off the machine by pressing 1 and 9 at the same time to run the hd check. , If it does not format the HD and reinstall the system using the copier canon servece suport tools. If it does not replace the hd preferably the same size or different sizes if proucure forum here on how to proceed, there is a tutorial for this.
