hi friends i have one problem with IR400 machine that machine normally taken by single copies make it good but more then single copies (i mean 2 or .. more) copies can't be taken.machine has been restarted automatically. any one know about this problem. plz help me

that machine sometimes that machine displayed this error code: E315

E315 is usually ip board faulty.you check is there any extra sd ram added in ip board,if so remove it and check problem is coming.

On the Image Processor pcb, check to see if the expansion image memory is installed in J723 and J724. If expansion image memory is installed, remove it, then power up copier again.

If E315 code clears out and the copier works fine with the expansion image memory removed, the expansion image memory is probably defective. In this case replacing the expansion image memory resolved the error.

or try Re-seating ribbon cable at J706 of the Image Processor
