    Ir7095 cassettes

Hi, today we service another ir7095 machine. The problem is cassettes 2,3 and 4 unable to pull the paper up and it show jam. It can detect the paper but it seems pick-up, feed and separation roller doesn't function at all. Cassette 1 running fine. Base on the jam code 102, 103 and 104 I did cleaned all the pick-up sensors but no cure. Is there anything that I miss out or any clues? Thanks

I have the same problem going on..... Can you point me in the right direction as to where the timing belt would be?

        Thanks in advance!

The timing belt is located at the rear of the machine, you must take off the HVT and the Waste toner plate.

I have one with no pick up on drawer 1 and others work. Mine has the page count to justify a new belt and gears. Funny my problem is with drawer 1 and yours works!

The problem solved. The cassette timing belt at the rear of the machine was felt out of it position and that causing it cant pull the gears of cassettes 2,3 and 4 when the gear motor is running. Probably when we move that machine from other place to another theres an impact during loading.
