    iRC5185

    Hello,

Today I replaced the fixing unit and the ITB unit. Before I replaced the print look like this

    Before.pdf

After deleting the execution of all mistakes, cleaning main unit, autoadjustment I got this print

    After.pdf

Printing from computer and copy give me the same result. Before going to replace drum units do you have any advice?
    Tnx for help.

Make a force stop and check print quality on drum and ITB.What exactly do you deleting? Do you have an issue with all colours?
Check primary transfer roller on ITB.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

what do you mean by --deleting all mistakes?
did you do error and jam history clear
or did you do dc con or main controller clear.

if you did do a dc con clear ---you have to re-enter the door spec (or PPRINT) values
      post a colour print, pg6, pg5 and pg10

looks to me like your laser values are wrong
or maybe primary transfer rollers as zoralindo said .

put the old itb unit back and compare

        Re: iRC5185

I try with old ITB but each time paper jam in secundary transfer roler. Old ITB is oldest type then new one like a fixing unit Here is PG print

        PG5.jpg PG6.jpg PG10.jpg

Now also another problem. Colour image reader (duplex) when I put paper and push the start, give me jaming papir without start scaning. I try to look for paper but all is clear.
