    canon ir3570 heaterfilament -E000-1

i use to change ir3570 heater filament and it does not last.what happens is it get broken 3 inches from pressure roller big gear side an arcing happens.i changed pressure roller, roller bearing ,but same thing happens always when continuous copies is taken.i have noticed one thing that in original filament IE: with machine before damage ,temperature rices only about 220-230 degrees during first warm up time, but in replaced filament it is about 250-255degrees. is there any way to reduce fusser temperature ,other than that in temp-con/option in service-mode?

Need to check the pressure and make sure it is within specks, if it is too much pressure it could break the filament I guess.

ceramic heater element has cracked into two or more pieces with apparent arcing from the heater element

      Cut all the wire ties
on the wire harness running from the Fuser Assembly to the DC-CON PCB and Power Supply.

Canon posted on this a while ago about the cutting of the wire ties/

          remember B & W techs had success with it/

          Product : imageRUNNER 2270 / 2870 / 3570 / 4570
          Title : E004 Error Code

The imageRUNNER 2270 / 2870 / 3570 / 4570 displays an E004 code. Replacement of the fuser assembly and clearing of the error code in service mode resolves the issue. After approx. one day of operation the E004 code returns. Inspection of the fuser reveals that the ceramic heater element has cracked into two or more pieces with apparent arcing from the heater element.

          Solution :
To resolve this reoccurring error code it is necessary to cut all the wire ties on the wire harness running from the fuser assembly to the DC-CON PCB and Power Supply.
