    ir4570

    hi to all,

this is my first time to handle ir4570 and the machine displays "press the open button, and open the main unit right cover. then, remove the jammed paper. (when finished, close the cover)".
at the bottom is says "the paper has jammed".
but i don't see any paper even a very small one.
what should i do? please help...
    thank you.

When you have jam on this model, after removing paper must open and closed cassete, main and lower door.If you are a tech, jou can post a jam code.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

found no paper but the sensor was full of toner because there was toner spill from the drum unit because the tip of the recycling "paddle" (don't know if this the right term for it) is broken. thank you.

clean the sensor first then. Its better to take out the sensor and clean it may be the toner became solid and stick on the sensor around
