    Default Scanning resolution canon ir4570

    Hi

    Please advise how I change the default resolution on the native scanner of the copier from 300dpi to 200dpi.

    I cannot find the setting on the web interface or on the panel

      if you are using photoshop go to import then network scan gear ,custem insert choose network scan gear pager will appear on ur right you can see the resolution 200 click on it and u can choose what ever u want .tc

          Are you using scan gear or send kit?

              We want to change the default resolution when using the SEND tab on the Canon LCD panel.

              This copier is connected to a pc running SCAN GEAR
