ir2020i jamming, 0210,0214,010C,0104 all from letter Crosswise tray #1

Hi, I have a 2020i with 157k on it . I replaced pick-up rollers in both trays and sep, feed rollers,within 20K All oem. Delivery unit and followed article 58460 changing special mode M from MID to LOW. Paper running crosswise letter C in tray #1 and legal in tray #2. Most jams from tray #1. I reversed letter to tray #2 still jams. Reverse presure springs. No difference. I ran a System Data dump and machine ejected about 8 pages then on the screen it said printing report and copies stopped coming out and I pulled tray # 1 out and paper was advanced what appeared to be inch out of paper tray, then jammed. Any ideas? appreciate all your help. Codes as of today 0210,010C,0104, since (11/6/11). 44-0210,12-010C, and 12-0104.
4000 copies all from tray #1 in 1 month 78 total jams, Seems like a bit on the high side, even for this series. Thank-you

Um are you aware of the tech pubs about the feed cassettes? The top one was revised 5 times. and if you replace the top one you have to replace the bottom one because of a timing problem. All 2016 and 2020 really need new cassettes feed assy after they have worn some. They start all of those jams all the time.
