    Canon IR 1025if will not print even though I can ping IP address and pull up on IE

    I am normally HP printer tech, my customer has Canon IR 1025if and it will not print from PC. I can ping IP address and pull up interface on IE with IP address. IP address matches driver and I have tried different IP addresses. I have tried at there sight and then brought unit back to shop and tried here with no luck. Is there a setting that might have got changed that I need to check.

      make sure using UFR driver and not pcl. Pretty sure these don't come with pcl
