Advance 7055

Machine start with standard canon start up line,come to the middle and reboot again.Second start up is the same then freeze.I swap all dimms,power supplys,main controller and dc controllers.
Working only startup with 28 and nothing else.I don't have another hdd to try.This one can't format because SST showing:

Re-install new firmware with USB..write it to the flash drive,insert it into port,hold down 28 and turn power on
