[Jamming] canon ir2520 with inner finisher B1

Hi Friends,

I am facing a problem with iR2520 with finisher. It is jamming the paper after passing the two way unit delivery. That means when entering the paper to the finisher. And it happening every after 2000-2500 copies. Please advise me what could be the problem.

have noticed with these machines the staple can come out of its track very easily, will cause jams. other than that jam codes would be very helpful, good luck
