mpc 2500 yellow color not loading into dev

Hi there, i had some big trouble of my mpc2500, which is the yellow toner not loading into developer unit (toner bottle was new). change with the new one (developer set) can't make it better. The monitor's status show the toner is 'undetectable'. Any suggestion for this problem?

Always shake the crap out of color toner before you put it in.
Yellow for some reason tends to clump the worst.
You need to call a tech out to clear the toner pipe and readjust.

off course i had shake it for many times. is it possible that the pump unit is already weak yet?

Yes, it is highly possible the pump is worn out. Pretty sure there have been modified pumps made. But as mentioned before, it could just be a clump blocking the toner supply pipe.
