    what is your fuser temp?
Is the nip width within spec.
Are you using regular copy paper?

Did u pay attention to the position and the
      orientation of the insulating bush.

Do not touch the screw [1] used to keep the fixing
assembly in place. Turning the screw will change the
pressure of the fixing assembly, which cannot be
      adjusted in the field,
      necessitating the replacement of
      the fixing assembly.

In service mode level 1 > Copier > Display > Analog
      check FIX-C temp and FIX-E temp-----------report back

      did u check NIP Pressure

      COPIER > FUNCTION > FIXING
NIP-CHK Making output for measuring the fixing nip width automatically

      <Operating procedure>
      1) Register Plain Paper or Recycled Paper for the manual feed tray.
(User mode: Setting Common Specifications>Registering Paper Type).
      2) Place plain paper or recycled paper of the A4 (LTR) size on the manual feed tray.
      3) Select this service mode and press the OK key (to feed paper from the manual feed tray).
      4) The fed paper is held once by the fixing roller and ejected after about 10 seconds.
      5) Check that the nip width of the ejected paper conforms to the standard.
Note: This machine does not allow nip width adjustment. This item is used for nip width checking only.

Check if the door actuator has become displaced, not allowing the right side door to close properly.
The result will be> the fixing film is not properly pressured, resulting is poor fixing and streaked copies. Check the actuator on the right side door to be sure it is positioned properly, as shown in the below photograph.

u may need to do a trial and error on this/ if u can't match up the red glue position of screw

set that screw back to spec position/
then remove film/pressure roller> an re install both/ back in and test
