Try to reset the error by doing the following; 1.press additional function key also known as asterik key. 2.Go to #7printer and press ok. 3. Go to printer reset and press ok.4. Press the arrow indicating yes and switch off and on the machine. Points to note: If the error still persists,try to do the following checks;1.Does the heater try to heat up? if so clean the thermistors on the fixing unit.2. If the heater does not heat up at all ,check for the heater connection at the power supply board.3. Check for the voltage from the wall connection and it must vary from 220v-240v in our market, as you already know our current power situation in our country.4.If all the above conditions are met then change the DC board.Good luck!
