    problem whit copies

    Hello,
    i have a problem whit copies on canon irc3380i. I have scaned them so you can see what is the problem and maybe someone of you know how to make copies bether than they are now.

      Looks like drums,ITB and the fixing issue.If you are not a tech need to call one!

      If you are: In service mode check for drums life(black and magenta definitely up to 150%)
      Also check ITB and fixing life counter.How many prints have machine?
      Check ITB lock lever.Maybe is unlocked!(light image on one side)

          machine have 44719 prints.
          where i can find ITB lock lever?
          drums life, how can i see is ok

              Call canon tech.Drums need to be replaced.

                  Old Drums ??????????
                  Tech must check if images are good on ITB- Before Transfer
                  Secondary Transfer Roller causes a lot of issues on this model

                  Tech needs to Check the Bias Tabs on the ITB Belt assembly and the Secondary Transfer Roller. They may be bent or broken and not making contact. Repair or replace the contact that is broken.
