[Error Code] Canon IR c5185 E225 0001

Hi,I have a Canon IR c5185 that shows error E225-0001. I am pretty sure it is something about the scanning lamp because when I turn on the machine, the lamp keeps turning on and off for some time and does not move at all, then the machine shows the error. I have replaced the lamp, the PCB and cleaned most parts close to the lamp and the scaning unit. Anyone knows what else I should look into? I really need help,Thanks a lot!Manuel Ubau

Check or Replace the ribbon cables that go from the Reader Controller PCB to the Interface PCB. The two cables come together as one part attached to a plate. The cable part number is as follows, item 9 circled below:
Color imageReader F1 = FL2-4857-000
Duplex Color imageReader G1 = FL2-7976-000
