    you are welcome. These machines can be head scratchers so dont be afraid to ask before doing something. If you can get your hands on a developer unit for the M it might be worth it, or just clean it all out and add new developer to it.
    Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

      u should only do the STIR & INIT when replacing(starter)

      i always did a FULL all Starter change when needed on Volume use

      and replaced all stater on a Drum change-
      this will prevent a lot of E020 errors/

      tech tip on erroneous E020/Dirty grid plate->>>>> in back of printer / facing the back > remove back cover & in upper right side corner> on the FM2 Exhaust fan >remove that fan ozone FILTER & throw in garbage> do not replace u


      and make sure to replace or clean the filter of the FM3 Primary charging assembly fan/ rear upper left corner
