    MicroPrinter 60

    Called up Canon on this issue this morning and they have zero cases on this machine so hoping that one of you is familiar with this.

    Client is medical and they have an MP60 which just sits there with the green LED on solid but nothing else. I have the SM MY8-1380 but not the parts catalog. They suggested I change the power supply yet were unable to provide me with a part number nor availability. Not expecting miracles maybe one of the older folks (no pun intended) may have worked on these.

      I've never worked on these but I'd suggest a google search of the machine to see who out there sells and services them.

      That's pretty bad if Canon can't give you anything.

      They appear to deal with file archiving and Canon's microfilm machines.
