Help!!!Help!!! IRC3320 screen frozen

Hi, all
I just did MMI clear in Service mode on irc 3320, When machine reboot, the sreen will be frozen, shows "Printer is warming up..." u cannot select anyting on screen or panel. I don't know what i lost?? If i pull out Firey IF card, it's not goona be frozen.

It says "printer warming up" on a 3320? They have fixing film technology..they never say that they are warming up. The machine boots up(progress bar)then says ready to copy. There is no preheat on this model..what did you do...are we talking about the same box?

Thanks for ur reply. Sorry, I am talking about IRC 3220 color machine. I think "Printer is warming up" means Firey is not ready. Now, the machine is up running because i put back all the settings. So, Do NOT clear MMI on color machines...

I know what you mean..MMI is the last thing you want to do..you also lose all user settings..i"ve had to use it on install when putting copier on a Class B network..I'll clear d-con and main controller RAM and re-install system software before i do MMI
