[Error Code] Canon NP 6112 - E001

Giveing me this error code. I know it has something to do with temperature of fuser, but, before checking it, I want to reset code.

How do you reset code in NP 6112?

have u try *28* copier function clear err ok and then turn reboot?
the error code is caused by a broken base on u fuser assy part # fb2-5301-000
